The NAPLAN (National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy) is a set of tests in the areas of science, records and verbal exchange generation (ICT), and civics and citizenship. The Australian Authority, called ACARA, administers the assessment program, which is carried out yearly for students. The tests are administered over a week-long check-out window in May. It measures students' skills in analyzing, writing, language conventions (spelling, grammar, and punctuation), and numeracy. The series of tests assesses students with varied skills to help them successfully progress further in their education.

Numeracy
This section specializes in strengthening core mathematical skills, along with subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as fractions and decimals. Students will expand a strong expertise of fundamental algebraic principles and measurement ideas inclusive of duration area, quantity, and weight, allowing them to use these competencies to problem-solving.
